The purpose of this Enter and View programme was to engage with residents and their relatives or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in The Willows.

The purpose of this Enter and View programme was to engage with residents and their relatives or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in Broomfield Residential Care Home.

This report highlights the health inequalities experienced by people when health professionals are unsure how to provide treatment or clinical advice to people with  specific needs,  which may be outside the experience of that professional.

It was drawn to our attention that some GP practices restrict access to Primary Health Care to Patients who are legitimately unable to provide identification, contrary to NHS guidelines.

Healthwatch Milton Keynes facilitated two focus groups with a view to understanding the impact of the changes to gluten free prescribing on participants.
