BLMK Update: April 2018
The ICS single operating plan sets out BLMK's shared transformation programme across 15 organisations and General Practice partners, outlining the BLMK system priorities and approach. You can view the Single Operating Plan here.
Essentially, the plan aims to inform the public about what Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes, as an Integrated Care Partnership are planning to focus on in 2018/19 in order to work more closely together across the five ICS priority areas: Prevention, Primary Care, Secondary Care, Digitisation and System Redesign.
We want to ensure that local people are kept informed of changes that affect them, and that the patient voice is represented in the developing process. We know that reading these kind of documents can be tough.
