Choose You is a free weight loss and smoking cessation service for people in Milton Keynes. It also offers support for mental wellbeing, sexual health, and drugs and alcohol. The service is a collaboration between three councils: Milton Keynes City Council, Bedford Borough Council, and Central Bedfordshire Council.
