Bluebirds Neurological Care Centre Enter and View
The purpose of this Enter and View programme was to engage with residents and their relatives or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in Bluebirds Neurological Care Centre.
On the basis of this visit, Bluebirds appears to be a first-rate care home, well managed and run by friendly, confident staff who are fully committed to the needs of the residents.
The response from Bluebirds is fairly short and sweet, however as there were no recommendations within the report, we hope they continue to keep up the good work.
