Ashby House Enter and View
The purpose of this Enter and View programme was to engage with residents and their relatives or carers, to explore their overall experience of living in Ashby House.
While this response was delayed, the delay was negotiated as there had been a change in Manager between the time we visited and when we sent them our report. The new manager has made a thorough response and we feel comfortable that the residents will continue to receive good quality care at this home.
On the basis of observations made at this visit we found Ashby House to be a friendly home, recently refurbished with attractive décor and comfortable furnishings, creating informal spaces that promote opportunities for social interaction.
