If you're pregnant you can now self-refer to start maternity care

As soon as you find out you're pregnant, you can now start your antenatal care easily without booking a doctor's appointment.

What do I need to do?

As soon as you know you're pregnant, you need to complete the self-referral form. To make sure you get the right care, and are referred to specialists where needed, you need to complete all the questions in the form as fully as you can. 

Antenatal self-referral form 

Start your antenatal care as early as possible so that you are ensuring the best possible care for you and your baby. Once you've submitted your form you will receive a confirmation email that will explain what you need to do next.
