Our AGM is intended to report to our members on the main activities of the year, provide information on the annual accounts and changes to our Board of Trustees.

We are in the process of finalising the technical arrangements for the virtual AGM. There will be the option to dial in to the AGM on the phone, or join the AGM online.
Once you have registered, and nearer to the event, we will send you details about how to join the AGM and how to vote and submit questions in advance.
The deadline for registering, returning voting forms and submitting questions is 22nd July 2020.
We will endeavour to select a platform for our AGM that is as accessible as possible for all our members. However, whilst most online platforms allow for subtitling, we are unable to guarantee the quality of the subtitles. We will publish the draft minutes of the virtual AGM and a transcript of the AGM once it has taken place.
