Whatever your choices, if you're aged between 16-30 we want to hear your views on the COVID-19 vaccination. Your views will help us to tell the people paying for and running the vaccination programme for young people, how it can be improved. Your feedback will improve the information roll-out for younger people, improve access to the vaccination and help NHS leaders to understand the reasons for the choices you're making.
