Diabetes support in Milton Keynes
Diabetes MK provides help and support to people living with or affected by diabetes or pre-diabetes in and around Milton Keynes.
They hold monthly group meetings which offer a safe, friendly environment where you can:
- Meet other people living with diabetes or pre-diabetes who understand the issues you may be facing.
- Exchange ideas and information to support and motivate self-management of your condition.
- Have access to a wide selection of practical, up-to-date information about diabetes and related health issues.
Whether you have pre-diabetes or diabetes yourself, or simply have a desire for knowledge, Diabetes MK warmly welcomes you to the group. Family members, carers or friends are also welcome.
3rd Thursday of each month, except December, in the evening.
7pm for a cuppa, chat, help yourself to leaflet resources 7.30pm speaker or discussion starts (diabetes related) Finish time: 8.30-9pm depending on question time.
Centrecom Community Centre, 602 North Secklow Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 3BJ. Free parking.

- They attend health events with information and resources about diabetes.
- They support medical professionals with information and resources.
- They offer signposting to local peer support and services.

Aimed mainly at adults living in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Is there any cost to access services?
No costs to anyone although any donations are gratefully accepted.
