Mind Crisis Cafe: 365 support for anyone in mental distress

Mind BLMK works across our communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes

In Milton Keynes they offer:

  • Peer support
  • Bereavement by Suicide Support Service
  • Crisis Recovery Service
  • Crisis Café

The Crisis Cafés are safe, non-judgemental spaces that you can come to if you find yourself in crisis or mental distress in the evenings. You will be met by a trained mental health worker who will listen and help you identify ways to address the problems you are facing.

Who are the Crisis Cafés for?
Adults (18+)

Do you need an appointment?
Each Crisis Café is a drop-in service and you don't need a appointment. 

Where is the Milton Keynes Crisis Café based?
226 Queensway, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 2TE

What are the opening times?
7 days a week, 365 days of the year, between 5.00pm – 11.00pm.
