There are two sections of the consultation. You can take part in one or both sections. Follow the 'link to part one' and link to part two' to complete the survey online. Alternatively, you can download and print either section and return the completed form to Milton Keynes Council (address provided at the bottom of the form).
Part one: review current pharmacy provision
Assess whether current services are meeting the needs of the community. Responses will help identify possible gaps that could be addressed.
Part two: review the draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments (PNAs)
Proposed PNA documents have been drafted by Milton Keynes Council, Central Bedfordshire Council and Bedford Borough Council. Feedback is being sought to help identify issues that affect the commissioning of pharmaceutical services and the ability to meet local health needs and priorities.
What is a PNA and how will your feedback be used?
Milton Keynes Council is working with Bedford Borough Council and Central Bedfordshire Council to develop a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA).
A PNA looks at what pharmaceutical services are currently in an area, whether this meets local needs and if there are any gaps.
Every local authority is required to publish and keep an updated PNA document. Milton Keynes, Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Councils are working together to carry out a joint public consultation.
