The Great Big MK GP survey - it's back

Have you seen your GP, or tried to make an appointment, in the last 12 months? If so, we'd like to hear about it.

Most of the feedback people share with us is about seeing a GP. It's not surprising, as GPs are the people we contact first when we feel unwell. It’s also the main way we get referred for hospital care, mental health support and community health services.

Last year, we asked people in Milton Keynes to share their experiences of their GP practice. Hundreds of people took part by telling us the good, and not so good, about their local GP practice.

Now, a year on, the demand for appointments and the fact that many are still not able to get the care they need, can make it feel like nothing has changed. The NHS remains under pressure and there have been a lot of changes in the way we get to see our GPs in the last year. But are these changes helping us, or just making things worse?

So, we're running our Great Big MK GP survey again to see what's working well for people, and what still needs improving.
