Mental Health Awareness Week 8th-14th May
What's it about?
For this year's Mental Health Awareness Week (8th-14th May), the Mental Health Foundation wants us to explore our ideas about what constitutes good mental health and seeks to ask why too few of us are thriving with good mental health. The aim is help us live mentally healthier lives by highlighting the steps we can all take to improve our mental health.
Mental Health Foundation report
The Mental Health Foundation has issued a report, 'Surviving or Thriving: The state of the UK's mental health', which examines the state of our nation's mental health. The report includes some concerning statistics and contains prescriptions for improvements.
