The Partnership Boards are a key space for service users, families, carers and voluntary groups to talk to those who pay for and provide services about their experiences and how services could be better for people using them.

The four Partnership Boards facilitated by Healthwatch Milton Keynes are:

  • Mental Health Partnership Board
  • Carers Partnership Board
  • Dementia Partnership Board
  • Older Persons' Partnership Board

Service User Voice

For the partnership boards to be truly effective at challenging the activities across health and care provision we need the voices of residents who are affected by and or/using local services.

If you are unable to attend the Partnership Boards, but would like to raise an issue at one of them, please contact us. If you are interested in coming along and want more information, you can also contact us

I was humbled to be asked to take over the Chairing of the Mental Health Partnership Board this year. Under Healthwatch MK's guidance we are striving to make it a vibrant and positive meeting where service users and providers, including Voluntary Sector partners, can share information and celebrate improvements and new initiatives, as well as robustly monitor and challenge plans and goals
— Sheila, Chair of the Mental Health Partnership Board
