Keyworker Pilot - Job Opportunities

An exciting Job Opportunity supporting children and young people with Learning Difficulties and / or Autism, and their families. As a Keyworker, working initially with those at risk of admission or in hospital, to receive appropriate personalised, integrated support, the posts will be hosted in the CAMHS Service in Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes.
Although advertised on the NHS Jobs Website these roles are non-clinical; person centred and will work across education, health and social care, embedding the principles of Transforming Care as well as SEND reforms enshrined within Children and Families Act (2014).
