It's important to remember that mental health issues can affect all mothers - not just mums-to-be. Like many things, the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically affected how women can access mental health support and services over the last year. However, support is available. Fear, shame and feelings of overwhelm can all prevent mums from reaching out or speaking up.


Healthwatch England have pulled together a number of services for parents in need of support for their mental health. Find out where you can go to get the help you need.
