Depression

Crisis Help

Childline

  • ChildLine is a private and confidential service for children and young people up to the age of 19. You can contact a ChildLine counsellor about anything - no problem is too big or small. You can call free on 0800 1111, have a 1-2-1 chat or send an email.

Samaritans 

  • The Samaritans allow people to talk to them in their own way about whatever is bothering them. If you are worried or have problems and you feel you can't talk to anyone the Samaritans are there to listen and try to understand what you are going through. They will help you make your own decisions about what to do next.
