Perinatal Mental Health survey
The East of England Clinical Networks wants patient feedback from mothers that have suffered from maternal mental illness in the perinatal period that live in the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) area.
They have launched a survey aimed at mothers who have suffered mental illness in the Perinatal period (From conception through to the child being 1 years old).
They are looking for mothers that have had maternal mental illness ranging from mild to moderate (acute), who gave birth between 2015 and now.
It touches on many of the different areas and parts of a mother's journey through the perinatal period and is therefore very broad, but will enable the people who provide and pay for services to understand the service that they are currently providing to mothers in the BLMK footprint.
Once received the data will be shared with local leaders such as providers, commissioners and professionals in the field to help them re-design and re-shape services in the area that are more tailored around the patient.
