The King's Fund report - Quality Improvements in Mental Health

24/07/2017

The Kings's Fund has published a report into quality improvement strategies in mental health services.

It found that a growing number of mental health providers in the UK are making efforts to embed quality improvement approaches across their organisation, with some reporting promising results in terms of benefits for service users and staff.

Quality improvement is a systematic approach to improving health services based on iterative change, continuous testing and measurement, and empowerment of frontline teams.
